Terms of Service for Fluid Memory

Welcome to Fluid Memory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fluid Memory mobile application (the "App") and related services provided by Fluid Memory ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Fluid Memory. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fluid Memory to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Generate or share illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

Fluid Memory uses artificial intelligence to generate chat responses. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• You should not rely on AI responses for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for how you use and interpret the content generated by the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process and store it solely to provide the services of Fluid Memory.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If Fluid Memory offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases:

• Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.
• Refund requests must be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store.

8. Privacy

Your use of Fluid Memory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluid Memory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fluid Memory at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
